Kit de seis reactivos para la tinción de fibras elásticas con un período de incubación prolongado
El Kit de Weigert-Van Gieson, siguiendo el método estándar, se utiliza para teñir la elastina, el tejido conectivo y el colágeno. Las fibras elásticas están formadas por polímeros de elastina y microfibrillas elásticas que conforman una red 3D en una matriz extracelular dentro del tejido conectivo (piel, cartílago elástico, paredes vasculares, tejido pulmonar y en las cuerdas vocales). A diferencia de las tinciones histológicas estándar, la de Weigert-Van Gieson (conocida como tinción de resorcina-fucsina) muestra una diferenciación selectiva de las muestras de tejido, incluso en la fase inicial de la enfermedad. Un período de incubación facilita eficientemente la obtención de imágenes de las fibras elásticas.
Resultados
Negro-marrón: núcleos
Tonos de rosa-rojizo: colágeno
Azul oscuro-negro: fibras elásticas
Amarillo: tejido conectivo, eritrocitos y tejidos musculares
