Alcián amarillo y el azul de toluidina – kit – 1 Kit – 100 Test
El amarillo Alcián y el azul de toluidina se utilizan para la visualización de H. Pylori en muestras estomacales endoscópicas y quirúrgicas. En el primer paso, el amarillo Alcián se une específicamente a las mucinas previamente oxidadas; a continuación se tiñen las bacterias gástricas, así como los núcleos celulares y otras estructuras con azul de toluidina. Esto proporciona un excelente contraste entre las bacterias teñidas de azul oscuro situadas en la superficie del amarillo y las mucinas foveolares extracelulares.
